Cuando los agentes de IA olvidan: cómo implementar Knowledge-Driven Development

Esta charla presenta Knowledge-Driven Development (KDD) como un enfoque práctico para mantener ese conocimiento vivo y disponible tanto para las personas como para los agentes de IA. Los asistentes aprenderán cómo estructurar una capa de conocimiento vivo, transformar señales del repositorio en contexto enfocado, conectar decisiones y work items con el código, exponer conocimiento curado mediante MCP y detectar desviaciones entre el conocimiento documentado y la evolución real del sistema. La sesión está dirigida a desarrolladores, platform engineers, arquitectos y equipos que están adoptando desarrollo asistido por IA.

From Prototype to Production: Deploying AI Agents with Docker

AI applications often work perfectly on a developer’s machine—until differences in dependencies, operating systems, hardware, and infrastructure cause them to fail elsewhere. In this 45-minute workshop, attendees will use a RAG application as a practical example for learning how Docker creates reproducible AI development and deployment workflows. We will trace application requirements through Dockerfiles, images, and running containers before exploring how to divide ingestion, vector storage, and query processing into clearly defined services. Attendees will learn how Docker Compose connects those services, how health checks and integration tests validate the complete workflow, and what separates a working container image from a production-ready artifact. The workshop concludes with a practical readiness checklist covering image size, security, portability, distribution, resource limits, and operability. Designed for AI developers familiar with Python and common AI components. Prior Docker experience is not required.

Give Your Agents Somewhere to Work

The only way to 10x your productivity is to remove yourself from your agents path. Give them a secure place to work autonomously, and your backlog becomes something they can chew through: running applications, testing changes, and bringing back results and decisions that need you. In this session, we'll build the beginnings of your own software factory on your laptop. Then equip agent teams with repeatable, isolated environments and reusable kits that package the tools and access they need to do real work. You'll leave with a working system you can adapt to your own projects, but also reproduce, and share with colleagues. Also if you later have to build an agent platform in the cloud, you'll have a pretty decent developer experience you already know works to build on.
